HelpAge International aims to bring lasting, positive change to the lives of older women and men in low- and middle-income countries, many of whom live in areas that are prone to crisis and that present insecure and unstable environments. Our approach is laid out in our Strategy 2030 (www.helpage.org/who-we-are/2030-strategy/). At the centre of this is our role as a convener, supporter and thought leader of the HelpAge global network, a worldwide alliance of partner organisations who seek to promote the dignity, wellbeing and voice of older people around the world.
Our vision is a world where every older person leads a dignified, healthy and secure life. Our mission is to promote the wellbeing, rights and inclusion of older people so we can all enjoy a future free from poverty, inequality and discrimination.
