FAID/فائد is a national not-for-profit organization in Pakistan established in 2020 by a group of professionals with experience of working on the issues of ageing and supported by HelpAge International. Our vision is of an inclusive society where ageing is dignified, healthy, happy and a secure experience for all.
FAID's mission is to champion well-being and inclusion of the marginalized communities, reduce poverty and discrimination based on age, gender and disability by implementing programmes related to Healthy Ageing, inclusive humanitarian preparedness and response, providing technical assistance to the government, non-government and private sector organizations on inclusive policy and programmes and advocacy for age-friendly policies and environments.
